Tussanee has spent over two decades in the lash industry, building a career rooted in consistency, growth, and real-world experience.


For 13 years, she owned and operated Integrity Lash, a seven-figure salon in Southern California recognized by Vanity Fair, Los Angeles Magazine, Pasadena Magazine, Pasadena Weekly, Brides.com, and more as one of the region’s top lash destinations. The salon was also named one of Salon Today’s Top 200 salons in North America for four consecutive years.


Alongside her husband, Tussanee co-hosts LashCast, a top-rated beauty podcast with over 2.5 million downloads, where they share honest conversations about business, marketing, and what it actually takes to grow in this industry.


In 2019, they founded LASHCON, a business-focused conference created to bring lash artists together to learn, connect, and build stronger businesses. 

Today, in addition to producing the lash industry’s largest event, Tussanee consults with major beauty brands on education and product development. She also remains closely connected to her craft, continuing to work part time as a lash artist after more than 21 years in the industry.
